 Although we don't offer refunds or replacements for our lash growth serum or accelerating mascara if you change your mind, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under UK Consumer Law. UNITED KINGDOM - Royal Mail Post

We are proud to use Royal Mail for all our shipping (with the exception of our NARCISSUS LONDON distributors outside the UK).

Once your order is processed (which will be within 3-5 days), delivery within the UK usually takes 5 -7days (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends) *  Please note because of COVID -19 delivery may take longer. 

AUSTRALIA - Australia Post

We are now excited to announce we offer delivery to our Australian customers via a local distributor.

Once your order is processed (which will be within 1-3 days), delivery within Australia usually takes 5-7 days (excluding Public Holidays and weekends).

REST OF WORLD -  Standard Delivery

Once your order is processed (which will be within 3-5 days) Delivery will usually be within 10-15 working days (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends).  Deliveries to the rest of the world are made by air service. Please note because of COVID-19 delivery may take longer.
